Notarielle Beglaubigungen
Die notarielle Beglaubigung bestätigt die Echtheit von Unterschriften oder die Übereinstimmung einer Abschrift mit dem Original. Sie wird in vielen Lebenslagen verlangt — von der Anmeldung beim Handelsregister, Vereinsregister oder Grundbuchamt bis hin zur Vorlage bei Behörden im In- und Ausland.
Beglaubigungen erfolgen in der Regel kurzfristig und ohne längere Vorbereitung. Bringen Sie das Originaldokument sowie einen gültigen Ausweis mit; bei Vertretungen zusätzlich die entsprechenden Vollmachten.
Beglaubigung einer Unterschrift
Mit der Beglaubigung einer Unterschrift als “echt” bezeugt der Notar, dass diese tatsächlich von der Person stammt, die das Dokument unterschrieben hat; was Inhalt des unterschriebenen Dokuments ist, bezeugt der Notar nicht. Sie müssen in Gegenwart des Notars unterschreiben oder die bereits geleistete Unterschrift anerkennen.

Elle est exigée dans de nombreuses situations — de l’inscription au registre du commerce, au registre des associations ou au livre foncier, jusqu’à la présentation auprès d’autorités en Allemagne et à l’étranger.
Les certifications se font en général à court terme et sans préparation particulière. Apportez le document original ainsi qu’une pièce d’identité valable ; en cas de représentation, également les procurations correspondantes.

En certifiant une signature comme « authentique », le notaire atteste que celle-ci provient effectivement de la personne qui a signé le document ; le notaire n’atteste pas du contenu du document signé. Vous devez signer en présence du notaire ou reconnaître la signature que vous avez déjà apposée.

En certifiant une copie, le notaire confirme que celle-ci correspond, quant à son contenu, intégralement et fidèlement à l’original présenté. Les copies certifiées conformes sont fréquemment requises pour des candidatures, des demandes et des procédures administratives.

A notarial certification confirms the authenticity of signatures or that a copy corresponds with the original. It is required in many situations — from filings with the commercial register, the register of associations or the land registry through to submissions to authorities in Germany and abroad.
Certifications are usually carried out at short notice and without lengthy preparation. Please bring the original document and a valid form of identification; if you are acting as a representative, please also bring the relevant powers of attorney.
Certifying a signature
By certifying a signature as “genuine”, the notary attests that it actually originates from the person who signed the document; the notary does not attest to the content of the signed document. You must sign in the notary’s presence or acknowledge a signature you have already provided.

By certifying a copy, the notary confirms that the copy corresponds completely and word-for-word with the original presented. Certified copies are frequently required for applications, submissions and official procedures.
